Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Virinjipuram is identified as an implementing centre for Pambanar and Varattar sub basin activities under TNAU. This centre is located at Agricultural Research Station campus at Virinjipuram, 18 km from Vellore. The main mandate of the KVK is conducting on farm trials, front line demonstrations, on campus and off campus trainings to farmers and capacity building to extension functionaries of Thiruvannamalai district.
